Massage away cellulite and discover smooth, firm skin tone at last

FAQ:
1 How do I use LisseMassager?
1.Lubricate skin with massage oil or anti-cellulite cream.
2.Firmly squeeze the center of the LisseMassager cylinder.
3.While still squeezing the cylinder, apply the LisseMassager “neck’ tightly to skin and release, allowing the center of the LisseMassager to return to its original shape. You will see and feel a gentle suctioning effect.
4.Massage in circular and zigzag motions for 15 minutes, increasing time daily up to 30 minutes.

2 How does LisseMassger work?
The vacuum created between the LisseMassager and the skin causes a suctioning effect that draws blood circulation through the fatty layers of the skin. Cellulite occurs in the fatty layer of the skin itself, which is why even thin people and muscular people can have cellulite… deep fat tissue is not affected or the cause of cellulite. Over time, the skin’s fatty layer loses elasticity and the fibrous cells that act like a mess which keeps the fat smooth can get tight in some places and loose in others, which causes bumps of fat and liquids to pool in uneven places — cellulite. Massaging with suction helps to loosen the fibrous tissues and return their elasticity while increased circulation delivers nourishing oxygen to promote healthy skin tone and break up stagnating fluids. Massage without suction does not have the ability to increase circulation in this way.

3 When should I expect results?
Usually results are seen within the first two to three weeks of daily 15-30 minute use.

4 How often should I use it to get results?

For optimum results LisseMassager should be used daily until maximum results are achieved.

5 How long does the treatment take?

Fifteen to 30 minutes per day for the first 3 to 4 weeks. It is OK to skip days but the desired effects will take longer to appear.

6 Can I do it myself?

Absolutely! The LisseMassager gives you freedom from expensive spa treatments and the need for the assistance of a professional masseuse or practitioner.

7 Is it doctor recommended?

No. While the practice of cupping, gliding massage and vacuum massage has been recognized in Chinese medicine for over 2500 years and has been used throughout the world ever since — it has even held the attention of organizations such as the American Cancer Foundation — there is only significant anecdotal evidence and the test of time which recommend this massage therapy.

8 Who should not use LisseMassager?

People with diabetes and blood circulation disorders or other blood-related diseases should not use LisseMassager or any suctioning technique without explicit directions from a medical doctor. LisseMassager should not be used on bruised or broken skin or skin with a rash. People taking medications for heart conditions and medications that affect blood clotting should not use LisseMassager. People with abnormal lymphatic systems should also seek the advice of a medical professional before starting any suctioning technique. While the LisseMassager may be found beneficial for exercise-related muscle aches and pains, do not use it to relieve pain from injury. If you have health concerns or chronic illness of any sort, consult with a physician before using any type of massage therapy. People with varicose veins in the cellulite areas should consult with a physician before using LisseMassager on affected areas. It is not recommended to use LisseMassager with varicose or spider veins.

9 What are the precautions I should take when using LisseMassager?

Do not sleep with the LisseMassager suctioned to the skin. Do not use on bruised skin or hematomas (“black and blue” bruises). Take care to allow your skin to adjust to longer amounts of massage time. Start slowly with 15 minute massages and gradually lengthen massage time.
